Adams County adopted zoning regulations for a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) zone district on January 7, 2013.  The zone district regulations are available here.  The Planning & Development Department is currently in the process of integrating these regulations into Chapter 3 of the Development Standards and Regulations.  For questions regarding this zone district, please contact the Planning & Development Department at 720-523-6800.
